Information

Fitbit Inc. is an American company known for its products of the same name, which are activity trackers, wireless-enabled wearable technology devices that measure data such as the number of steps walked, heart rate, quality of sleep, steps climbed, and other personal metrics.

In January 2016, Fitbit announced a fitness watch called "Fitbit Blaze". It is similar to a modern smart-watch, such as Apple Watch, Pebble Smart-watch, and Android Wear watches. The Blaze focused on fitness first, then smart features inside the watch. Some of functionality are auto-tracking exercise and heart-rate monitor. Blaze has connected GPS, meaning it can track movements by using the connected smartphone's GPS. The user can receive notifications, including incoming calls, texts and calendar appointments on the Blaze. The Fitbit Blaze also integrates with Fitstar, Fitbit's website for customized workouts. These workouts can be displayed on the Blaze's screen

Market Situation

• Fitbit finished 2015 as the winner in wearables, despite a loss in market share.
• But Fitbit's had a slump fpr wearables market in 2015, dropping from 38 percent in 2014 to 27 percent last year. The company's share has been devoured by the popularity of the Apple Watchand demand for low-cost fitness trackers from China-based Xiaomi. However, Fitbit's market share did see a rise during the final quarter of 2015 when it hit 29.5 percent, up from 22.2 percent in the third quarter.
• Despite expectations that big tech companies will dominate wearables just as they have with smartphones and tablets (Apple), the little guy (Fitbit) continues to hold on. In first quarter of 2016, Fitbit took first place again, while Xiaomi managed to steal second place from Apple.

Issues and problems

Time management is the process of organizing and planning how to divide your time between specific activities. Good time management enables you to work smarter. However, failing to manage your time damages your effectiveness and causes stress. Most people tend to do the later because of the unexpected occurrence such as sickness.

Ideas/Concept

Create an exhibition booth which give awareness on the importance of time management and health care.
