The solution for the problem is by developing a mobile application that consumers could use to help them on online shopping. The apps provide designing features for consumers to design their own product including. Consumers could change the colour, pattern, material, shape and size of the product. The best way to understand consumers is to let them tell you what they want and not let providers decide what consumers will like. With this, there will be a better understanding between consumers and providers. As for research purpose, it was decided to pick a specific product which is shoes.

With the app, consumers could costumize their own shoes such as the pattern of the shoe, the colour and material of the shoe which include the body and the base of the shoe and also the size of the shoe. Consumers also can apply new technology for the shoe such as monitors, LED, speaker and so on. The shoe that was design will be sent to the shoe manufacture and will be develop according to the design. For the cost of the shoes, it will be decided by the material that is use for the shoes.
